Children and Youth

We believe that the worship of God is meant for all people, regardless of age. Simply to be present during the liturgy is a formative experience that shapes our hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of Jesus. And so, we invite parents to keep their children with them. If you feel that your child needs to step out, then you are welcome to use the children’s play area in the parish hall downstairs. An usher will gladly show you the way.

A nursery is also available for children ages 0 to 5 on Sundays. For more information, please contact Jessica Gray

Holy Cross youth meet regularly to discuss the basic tenets of our faith and dive into youth-specific topics and discipleship. These meetings are not intended to replace mass or family worship but rather to supplement these forms of worship and foster deeper relationships. Youth at Holy Cross are encouraged to attend and participate in all adult spiritual formation (Sunday school, Bible studies, etc). Confirmed youth are invited to serve the church in a variety of ways, including serving as an acolyte and on the Altar Guild. For more information, contact our youth director, Ashley Searle
