Reverend Thad was baptized in the Presbyterian Church and confirmed at St. John’s (Episcopal) Church on Advent Sunday, 1985, by the Rt. Rev. William E. Sanders. He later enrolled in Logos House of Studies and completed the diaconal studies program in 2014. Upon completing his studies, he was ordained to the sacred order of deacons by the Rt. Rev. Walter Grundorf on 28 March 2015 and was assigned to Holy Cross, of which he is a charter member.
