Vestry of Holy Cross

The Vestry is of laymen and laywomen elected by members of Holy Cross and are “agents and legal representatives of the Parish in all matters concerning its corporate property and the relations of the Parish to its Clergy” (Anglican Province of America Constitutions and Canons, Title IV, Canon 49). Primarily this comes to three responsibilities: to oversee parish finances, care for its real and business purpose property, and to support and advise its priests whenever necessary.
